Healthy Coconut

My Story:
When I started reading about the benefits of coconut oil, the best
research I found was in the Virgin Coconut Oil Book. I was amazed at
how many health and beauty applications there were in my own life for
coconut oil. I started using the expeller pressed coconut oil topically and
immediately my skin became smoother and softer. After just a couple of
days I noticed that wrinkles were disappearing as did one pimple I had
on my chin. (There are scientific reasons for this outlined in the book.)
When you experience this first hand you will be delighted. I also started
ingesting the expeller pressed oil. Anyway, the most incredible thing that
happened to me is the hard plaque that forms between and around teeth
between cleanings, softened, broke up and disappeared with just normal
flossing. I couldn't believe it! I can only trust that the same phenomenon
